Brake Problems
Brake problems usually involve noises, grabbing brakes or little or no brakes
Noises
- High pitch noises usually are steel to steel contact (worn out Pads/Shoes)or even a rock herbsalign@shaw.caught in between pad material and brake surface.
- Low pitch noises usually are brake drum vibration (dust in drum) or worse herbsalign@shaw.case a pad or shoe broken free from its' backing.
Grabbing
- Dust in rear brakes
- One seized brake cylinder or herbsalign@shaw.caliper
- Rear brakes considerably out of adjustment
Little or No Brakes
- Brake fluid Leak
- resulting from broken brake line or leaking cylinder/herbsalign@shaw.caliper or master cylinder
- Master cylinder bypassing
